Let’s talk about why it’s so freaking hard…to build a habit that sticks, and most importantly what you can do about it.
The other day, my wife complained that I am the worst serial procrastinator and a habitual quitter, ever.
Well, what she said was right. I always talk about grand goals and bazillion dollar exotic travels and six-pack abs…
But when it comes to actually doing it I keep saying “I’ll start tomorrow” or “I’m not in the mood” or “It’s too hard” or something similar.
At the end of the day, the shit never gets done. I quit half way. I dilly dally. I give excuses until my wife finally nags me.
When she does that, I perform at my best and achieve whatever I set my mind to, every single time.
I got promoted when everyone else has not. I quit the job I hated. I lived in different countries that I haven’t event heard off before. I presented at international SPE conferences.
Now, I am building my own online consultancy while keeping my job.
Then, it hits me.
I just realized that we all suffer from the same, ugly problem.
Our problem is…
We can’t get any habit to stick without a constant external push.
I need someone to keep me accountable.
Think about it for a second.
When you were small, your mom, your dad, your school principal, or your coach…would keep an eye on you.
They made sure you eat your broccoli, finish your homework and do well in school…
So you become the best version of you.
But then as you grow older, people expect you to become a responsible adult to think before you act and to do the right thing.
It’s too bad, because when you rely too much on your willpower as your only source of motivation, you ultimately will fail.
The thing about will power and self-discipline is that they deplete quickly.
Building a habit and sticking with it is hard enough especially when your motivation keeps running on low.
When it gets hard, we procrastinate.
Then, we quit because that’s the easiest and the most logical thing to do.
We quit because no one else is looking. We quit because we got no outside push. We quit because we don’t feel accountable to our actions.
What if there’s a way for you to pick a new habit that sticks forever, that feels effortless regardless of what shit comes in front of you?
What if you’ve got someone to stand by your side to care enough to whip you when you are slacking, to push you forward, and to keep you accountable every single week no matter what?
What if you start with the smallest habit but matters enough…that could change your situation forever?
Wouldn’t it be nice to be a little slimmer, a little wealthier, a little heathier, and a little happier?
It’s possible, today, right now.
The only question now is…
How do you find that someone whom you can rely on, and who truly gives a shit about you?
At least, I got my wife to whoop my ass when I slack off.
But what about you?
Do you have that person?
Most of the time, you don’t.
That’s your big problem.
If you can’t find someone to support you, you’ll quit sooner.
That’s why when most people get stuck; they go back to their old habits.
I don’t want that to happen to you.
So, I’ve got a solution.
It’s called Get-The-Shit-Done People.
It’s basically a small online group where we give a shit about you, and we give you shit when you slack off.
You not only get the support from me, but also from the whole group.
Everyone in the group will be behind you.
They are not by standers, but they’ll stand by your side until you make it.
It’s the go-to place where you find people who play similar roles of your ‘parents’, your ‘spouse’, your ‘coach’, or your ‘school principle’ to help you get back on the right track.
It’s like having the person you respect the most standing beside you to keep you accountable, and to see you through all the way.
You’ll learn to duck, to leap, to plow through, to tackle, to dig, to swim or to fly over, under, through, or around your obstacles.
It’s a tribe of like-minded people that gives you honest feedback, tells you as it, and stops you from chasing your elusive rainbow unicorn.
We are not into saying weird shit in front of the mirror.
We are not obsessed in the next, tech-edgy to-do lists or tracking apps.
We are not into believing in ‘everything is fine’, or ‘it’s the end of the world’ bullshits.
In fact, we are the opposite.
We give you tough love.
We just care enough to support you and your habit, or you and your goal as long as they are realistic.
We support you and we keep you accountable until you get the career, the life, the body and the income you desire.
Finally, you are not alone any more.
Get-The-Shit-Done People is essentially accountability with somebody.

We keep the membership intentionally small. It’s so exclusive that we take in new members only on the first seven days of every month. That means you have only 12 chances to enroll in a year. If you miss the window, you’ll have to wait until the next month.
We do that so you can focus on having more quality interactions with your peers.
Group Access #2: Weekly accountability roll calls
You tell us what you are working on for the week. Together we’ll help you monitor your progress and lift you up when you need it.
Personal Access #3: A single page goal setting spreadsheet
Rather than giving you a complex, 20-pages handouts, or asking you to complete 69 questions, we give you a simple worksheet.
The worksheet has only three simple framing questions on your habit and your goal. Based on your answer, you work on it with 110% effort. The proper thoughts you give, the better results you get.
Personal Access #4: One-on-one, live strategy sessions with yours truly
(Worth $200 per session)
Before you start the program, you and I will meet for 30 minutes. We’ll write down you hopes, fears and dreams, and identify the single step that would make everything else easier, or unnecessary.
Then, we repeat for every other month so we can solve any issues and get over any mental blocks you have.
Personal Access #5: Direct, unlimited VIP email access to me.
I will personally answer all your emails and queries…Not my virtual assistants in India.
That means you get your answer at the exact time when you need it the most.
Secret Access #6: ‘For-Your-View-Only’ video guides on building a habit that sticks. (Worth $600)
Let’s talk about these videos for a little bit, so you get the gist of what’s you are going to miss.
Video 1 talks about picking the right shit that you care about just. Just the ‘one’ thing.
Video 2 talks about the habit of doing by just counting 5, 4, 3, 2, 1.
Video 3 gives you the bulletproof strategies when you don’t feel like doing it -- using the ABCDE and the 80/20 methods.
Video 4 talks about how to deal with pain, your frustrations and what to do when you face ‘The Dip’.
Video 5 shows you the importance of long term thinking and what we meant by ‘Pain now, Gain Later’ strategy.
Video 6 talks about how to manage distractions and how to keep your shit together.
And many added videos from time to time.
You see, the whole package including the multiple secret access, the group support, the video tutorials, and the individual sessions... would cost you over $1180.
But, instead of paying over
USD1180…you can get all these awesome access for only USD99 per month.
To put that into perspective, it’s less than your daily cup of latte at your local coffee shop. For less that USD100, you can watch tutorials, get honest feedbacks, and stick to a habit long enough.
But before you decide to join, let me warn you.
This is not for every body.
The group is meant for people who are really serious about building habits that stick and are tired of failing.
If you feel that you want to quit after two weeks of joining, I rather let you continue watching Netflix instead.
We don’t want you in because we don’t offer refund for the first month.
Either you commit, or you don’t. Even Yoda said, “Do or do not. There is no try.”
You can only cancel it at any time after the first month if the program doesn’t fit your expectation.
If, and only if, you are really, really serious about
- building a habit that lasts,
- have someone to keep you accountable, and
- overcome all your stumbling blocks,
then join us today, right now!
